Alfa Laval Extend: Boosting Dairy Profits and Sustainability

How does it work?
Alfa Laval Extend™ prevents bacterial build-up in dairy equipment by sending a weak, safe electrical current through the heat exchanger, reducing biofilm by 90-99%.
This allows the critical cleaning interval to be safely extended to more than 12 hours, compared to the industry standard of eight hours! Installation is simple and you won’t need an Alfa Laval expert.
In-house engineers can easily handle the installation, and it can even be installed on non-Alfa Laval heat exchangers.
